Steam Generator Inspection Technician

At Westinghouse Field Services, we are looking for a Steam Generator Inspection Technician (Eddy Current) to join our team, supporting inspection and repair activities in nuclear power plants worldwide.

This role focuses on data acquisition and tooling operations during steam generator inspections and repairs. It offers the opportunity to build strong technical expertise and on-site experience in a highly specialized environment, with future career development paths such as Shift Lead, Site Lead or Technical Specialist.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Execute inspection and maintenance activities in operational nuclear power plants worldwide.
• Perform preparation of equipment at headquarters prior to inspection campaigns.
• Execute on-site inspection and repair activities ensuring compliance with safety, quality, and schedule requirements.
• Perform Eddy Current (ET) data collection and operate inspection tooling.
• Report any deviations or anomalies in real time.
• Contribute to lessons learned processes to support continuous improvement between outages.

Education and Qualifications

• Technical background in mechanical or electrical disciplines.
• Strong technical interest and motivation to work in a hands-on environment.
• Willingness to travel internationally and work in multicultural teams.
• Fluent English and Spanish (written and spoken).
• German is considered an asset.
