About the role:
As a Platform Analyst you will provide on-site technical support and maintenance of IT systems, infrastructure, and end-user devices.
You will resolve hardware and software issues, assisting with IT deployments, and ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.
You will have strong troubleshooting skills, and en excellent customer service.
You will report to the Supervisor - Windows Administration Team • Wintel Services and be located at Madrid.
Hybrid work schedule.
Main Responsibilities:

Provide first and second-level support for hardware, software, and network-related issues.

Be the local contact for IT incidents and service requests, ensuring resolution on time.

Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, printers, and mobile devices.

Collaborate with global IT teams to support system upgrades, patch management, and deployment of new technologies.

Monitor IT equipment and infrastructure, escalating critical issues.

Maintain accurate documentation of incidents, solutions, and asset inventory.

Support local and remote users with excellent customer service and communication.

Ensure compliance with IT security procedures.

Help with onboarding/offboarding of employees, including account setups and equipment provisioning.

Participate in projects, audits, and disaster recovery planning/testing.
Qualifications:

Deep knowledge of Windows OS, Microsoft Office 365, Active Directory, remote support tools, Microsoft Azure.

Basic networking knowledge (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP).

Familiarity with ITIL framework and ticketing system (Servicenow, Jira).

Excellent problem-solving.

Communication skills both in Spanish and English.

Must be eligible to work in Madrid and available to travel between sites.
