As a Sales Manager Parts you will guide EMEA parts sales results for the Spain & Latin America ensuring synergetic interfaces with Global Markets and EMEA LTO BU customer-facing teams.
You will report to the Director EMEA Sales Parts and be located at Madrid, Spain.
Hybrid work schedule.
Main Responsibilities:

Lead opportunity development sales funnel process from identification through offer development and contract signature

Develop / maintain technical and sales related knowledge to support responsible product portfolio needs for parts. Sales representative will support technical questions while able to easily facilitate and guide interactions between technical support groups and the customers during the sales process.

Negotiate with the client until final contract signature, ensuring teamwork and understanding of all relevant WEC teammates including Account Managers, Product Management, Legal, and supporting organizations.

Use lean commercial processes, improve pipeline visibility and develop new channels to market / new business models to achieve growth goals.

Ensure seamless coordination with the global inside sales team to meet customer requirements.

Manage/Sell Westinghouse Parts Business scope in bundled offers.

Provide the Voice of the Customer as input to market-driven product strategies, product lifecycle management and pricing models.

Help introduce new parts offerings to the market.

Manage opportunities and data within the customer relationship management tool for associated opportunities.
Qualifications:
-
Engineering or Business Management or Science degree, with Advanced Degree or MBA valuable.

7+ Years of professional experience with at least 3 years in the nuclear industry.

Spanish & English languages mandatory, Portuguese valuable.

Experience in business development, sales, accounts in energy markets, pricing models, value pricing methodologies and marketing are valuable.
