Clerical Support - Days

As a Contracts Coordinator, you will support the Contract Manager in delivering a portfolio of commercial sales contracts related to fuel and intermediate manufacture, uranium recovery, and cylinder management and storage. In this customer-facing role, you will help ensure all deliveries meet OTIFWC (On Time, In Full, Without Complaint) standards while maintaining a strong understanding of contractual obligations to deliver value to both Westinghouse and its customers. You will collaborate with a wide range of stakeholders across the business, using to support effective contract execution and communication. The role offers flexibility, combining remote working with regular on-site presence.

You will report to the Head of Fuel Delivery and Contract Management ((known locally as Business and Product Delivery (BPD)through the Global Fuel Business Unit) and be located at the Springfields site. This is a hybrid role, requiring two days per week on-site alongside flexible homeworking, with occasional international business travel as required.

Responsibilities:

• Manage customer 'Demand' through SAP including representation of contract at Supply and Demand mtgs
• Raise and co-ordinate contractual Sales Orders and Scheduling Agreements and Invoices in SAP
• Monitor/Report on financials including all income, margin and cash forecasting, invoicing and cash collection
• Preparation of all delivery documentation including liaising with Transport/Shipping Agents to contractual lead times
• Co-ordinate compliance with relevant Export Licences - including application
• Maintain, review and issue of any Uranic Accounts where appropriate
• Coordination of customer meetings/visits/audits
• Develop and maintain all procedures relevant to the role
• Interface with functions e.g. Production, Quality, Technical , Financial etc that support the delivery of the contracts
• Represent the Company as one of interfaces with the customer maintaining and developing excellent customer and other stakeholder relationships in support of contract delivery
• Support Contract Manager in management of any risk, mitigation plans and escalations where appropriate
• Support the team with new opportunities through the Company 's Stage Gate process

Other activities to support the BPD team may include:

• Support one of the department's leadership pillars (e.g. Safety Quality Cost Delivery People (SQCDP))
• Support one or more of the department's generic deliverables e.g. Export Licence Control, Demand, Procedural Adherence, etc.
• Contribute to the department metrics requirements by providing safety shares, completion of process confirmations, self-audits etc.
• Completion of all required training
• Commitment to continuous improvement through use of CAP(Corrective Action Process)

Qualifications:

• Essential to have customer-facing experience
• Essential to have SAP experience
• Desirable to have commercial experience
• Desirable to have a professional qualification in business and/or finance.
• Strong financial acumen with an understanding of forecasting, business planning and contract pricing
• Experience using business systems (e.g., SAP, NUMIS).
• Demonstrated commitment to continuous improvementBe aware and comply with all legislation, regulatory and company procedures
