As an Estate Operative you will supporting the maintenance and operation of a large operational site through practical, hands‑on work. It involves outdoor activities, use of machinery, basic inspections and reporting, and requires reliability and flexibility to support daily site needs

You will report to the Clerk of Works and be located at Springfield Fuel Site.

 

Responsibilities:

  • General grounds maintenance
  • Loading and unloading ISO containers
  • Machine operator: tractors, loadall etc.
  • Furniture removal
  • Waste removal
  • Civil inspections and generating reports
  • Working with drains
  • Working outside, in most weather considerations, across a 225 acre site

 

Qualifications:

  • Essential skills
    • Microsoft proficient
    • IT skills
    • Full UK driving license
  • Desirable skills
    • IPAF license
    • Plant Operators license
    • Understanding of drainage systems
