As a Material Controller you will be responsible for the receipt of inbound deliveries, stock picking, site-wide deliveries, cycle counting, box maintenance, and other general warehouse duties. The standard shift pattern is Monday to Friday, day shift.
You will report to the Stores Team Leader and working as a key member of the Stores Team and be located at Springfields Fuels site.
Key Responsibilities:
General Stores Duties
- Goods receipting, put-away, and picking of goods from stock
- Cycle counting
- Record transactions in SAP
- Refurbishing boxes
- Sort and deliver post across site
- Deliver kanban's across site
- Perform monthly stocktaking
- Create physical inventory documents in SAP for the team
As Team Coordinator, you will also:
- Create service entries for invoices
- Process all stock count documents each month and ensure you recount the entire stockholding within 12 months.
- Process international and domestic parcels
- Download daily diesel usage reports
- Coordinate daily team tasks
- Create service requests in Maximo
Qualifications:
- Current MHE licences – Counterbalance (essential). Reach Truck and Hoist licences are an advantage
- Knowledge of SAP warehousing functions (desirable)
