The Oxide Fuels Business have 3 vacancies within the Operations Team.
These roles are instrumental in automating operational processes, providing advanced engineering support, and providing solutions to meet both internal and external customer requirements.
The work will involve root cause analysis, developing tools to improve functionality, and collaborating with various departments to enhance the operation.
These roles bridge the gap between engineering, operations, and internal stakeholders by developing tools and processes that optimise the operation.
Responsibilities
- Implement and automate operational processes
- Create and implement operational procedures and guidelines
- Investigate and identify causes of technical issues
- Perform root cause analysis for production issues and recommend improvements
- Develop solutions to automate operational procedures and meet stakeholder requirements
- Monitor machine degradation and develop solutions
Skills & Experience
- Ideally, you will have 2 years’ experience
- Engineering Degree qualified or working towards
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to express technical concepts clearly
- Diligence, safety, attention to quality, timely delivery and cost
- Exceptional collaboration and influencing skills, thriving in a team environment.
- Willingness to learn
- It would be an advantage if you have experience in Operations, Project Management, Quality Assurance, Business Analysis, or other technical facing roles.
