Account Director (Sellafield)
The Account Director (Sellafield) will be a key member of the Westinghouse Environmental Services UK leadership team, reporting to the Vice President, Environmental Services UK, and will play a critical leadership role in winning and delivering our major growth aspirations.
The role will specifically be accountable for winning and delivering major programs at Sellafield -drawing on the full range of Westinghouse products and services to grow the business with this key client.
Key Accountabilities:
- Key accountability will be to develop and lead the capture plans and teams for upcoming major framework bids (£100M+) and other tier 2/3 bids at Sellafield.
- Fulfilling Westinghouse director roles on the TDA and CNSL boards, working alongside our JV partners and preparing for the next DNWP bid process.
- Developing excellent senior-level stakeholder relationships both with Sellafield leaders and procurement team as well as potential industry partners and inside Westinghouse
- Identifying the right partners and building collaborative relationships and value propositions to ensure Westinghouse win key major bids to position us for long-term growth.
- Leveraging Westinghouse global innovation, technology, products, and services to bring added value to the Sellafield programs – for instance digital products and automation.
- Contributing to building Westinghouse’s brand visibility within the sector and local to the Sellafield site.
Skills and Experience
· Proven track record in senior leadership role in nuclear, with experience in bidding for and delivering major programs to Sellafield specifically, and with strong existing relationships with the site leadership team.
· Strong track record in leading and managing senior stakeholder relationships, externally and internally, demonstrating a collaborative partnership approach
· Experienced in winning and delivering high value bids in nuclear sector
· Can communicate, present and influence at all levels of the organization
· Understanding and experience of using NEC conditions of contract
