We're looking for a Korea, Customer Solutions Manager (CSM) for the Long Term Operations (LTO), Instrumentation and Controls, Business Unit. Our LTO team works with our nuclear plant customers throughout the Asia region and the wider Westinghouse business to help customers to meet their safety, generation and lifetime goals by offering technical solutions to their plant operation’s needs. As a CSM you will report directly to the LTO, Asia I&C Program Manager, and will support identification of opportunities, and deliver technical solutions and proposals that include pricing, schedule, delivery model, contract strategy and inclusion of Terms & Conditions that maximize mutual success and protect Westinghouse against loss of Intellectual Property and exposure to unacceptable risks. CSMs are the leaders of the technical input process for the development of customer offers, aligning customer needs with a differentiated and competitive Westinghouse solution, including solution/vendor selection and costing. CSMs, through working with engineering and supply chain, are accountable for obtaining approved cost estimates, technical descriptions, execution schedules, resource alignment, risk identification and risk mitigations. You'll be part of the wider Asia CSM population and will work cooperatively with the Westinghouse Korea on-shore Customer Account Managers (CAMS) and Westinghouse off-shore (USA) engineering and procurement resources to establish viable and competitive proposals. This role can either be based in our Seoul Office or a remote work arrangement within Korea. This role requires an element of Korea domestic travel to visit customers sites, vendors and Westinghouse offices and manufacturing sites. What you will do: · Support opportunities and projects which involve Instrumentation & Control applications for Nuclear Power Plants in Korea · Work with customers and vendors in building business relationships · Investigate and define the most efficient model for the project delivery of opportunities · Lead defining strategies on how a project will be delivered and drive implementation of the strategy through the internal governance and offer process · Coordinate with different company partners, for example; Engineering, Sales, Supply Chain, Manufacturing Sites, Finance, Project Controls to achieve approvals for offers through the internal governance process. · Collaborate with Account and Sales teams to plan offer development and participate in or lead the negotiations with customers · Collaborate with the Account and Sales teams to deliver on business plan targets such as Orders Entered and Margin-As-Sold What skills you need: · Engineering Degree · Minimum 8 years of nuclear engineering (preferred) or Industrial I&C experience · Experience in managing costumer relationships · Fluent Korean and English |
