General Requirement:

We (Westinghouse Electric Company – Asia) currently have an exciting opportunity for a Principle Parts Sales Representative.  In this position, the individual will serve as the Westinghouse Parts Operations primary customer contact for nuclear utilities by supporting sales while achieving high levels of customer satisfaction.

 

The principle Westinghouse Parts Sales Representative will work directly with the Deputy Director of  Asia P&C to implement the global parts strategy and to grow the parts business in China. This position is responsible for all applicable product Lines within Westinghouse  and will support all spare parts activities, such as Orders Entered, Request for Quote response, PO execution and customer satisfaction. The Principle Parts Sales Rep is responsible for supporting the Customer Account Team in everyday activities associated with the account management.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Work directly with the Asia P&C deputy director to grow parts business in China

 

Develop and process customer request for quotations and purchase orders for standard parts/products.  Proactively engage customer to issue the formal request for quotations and purchase orders. Interact with customers to understand expectations/needs to ensure department responsiveness and customer satisfaction.  Review customer specifications, identify and assist in the resolution of any technical or commercial issues.  

 

Interface with internal Westinghouse organizations to clarify customer’s questions and issue offers in a timely manner while meeting customers expected turnaround timeframe.

 

Review all shipping documents to ensure all information is correct.  Interface with internal Westinghouse shipping coordinators to resolve any issues that may have occurred during shipment.

 

Ensure invoices are correct when issued, sent to the customer on time and ensure timely payment within contract requirements.

 

Support all customer related receipt inspection questions and inquiries in a timely manner.  Ensure international packaging requirements are met.

 

Prepare, review, edit, and assist in compilation of various reports relevant to customer satisfaction and internal metrics.  Prepare special reports as required with observations, trends, and recommendations to management. 

 

Implement initiatives using identified growth opportunities based on customer interactions, product knowledge, and sales history

 

Support customers by meeting deliverable dates and providing 24/7 emergency support.  Prepare for, coordinate, and execute customer site visits in support of WEC products and services to strengthen customer relationships. 

 

Education: Bachelor's Degree in Business Management or equivalent

Years of Experience: 8+ years of experience

Business sense – having knowledge in Marketing and marketing strategy formulation, basic Finance

Good at communication, particularly in negotiation
