Your Day-to-Day:

To strengthen our Supply Chain Management team, we are looking for experienced candidates and great team members to join us for the position of Buyer for our Global Supply Chain Team. Seize this unique opportunity to take an active part in supporting our team working globally to achieve a net zero emissions environment.

• Support our teams to promote a culture where a high quality and teamwork is the norm
• Purchase goods, materials, components, or services in line with specified cost, quality, and delivery targets
• Manage the procure to pay process from engagement through to Purchase Order issuance and ensuring payment
• Process Purchase Requisitions, Request for Quotation, and create Purchase Orders
• Proactively monitor confirmations of Purchase Orders from the suppliers
• Proactively manage on time deliveries
• Resolve issues related to Purchase Orders and Invoices
• Drive cost savings and reductions
• Closely collaborate with your internal customers, suppliers and internal stakeholders
• Report your achievements on a daily, weekly and monthly basis
• Support our further development by identification and implementation of improvements

Who You Are:

As a successful candidate, you will bring the following to the team:

• Bachelor's in Supply Chain, Business or similar erquired
• Minimum 3 years of experience in corporate environment, ideally in operational areas (supply chain, nuclear or highly technical areas
• Basic understanding of Procurement/ Supply Chain Management processes and function
• Excellent communication, teamwork, and collaboration skills
• Customer focus with proactive attitude
• Negotiation skills will be an asset
• Proficient use of SAP, Microsoft WORD, EXCEL, and PowerPoint is desirable
• SAP experience preferred
