About the Role:

As a Project Scheduler you'll focus on planning and scheduling production activities, providing guidance to team members, and coordinating efforts across departments like Engineering, Supply Chain, and more.

You'll be reporting directly to Bulgaria Project Director, you'll use your expertise to improve processes, and initiate teamwork while driving our projects forward.

Key Responsibilities:

• Use your expertise to resolve operational challenges, improve scheduling efficiency, and lead problem-solving initiatives.

• Have in-depth knowledge / expertise of work processes and tools within Project Controls / Scheduling and knowledge of the related disciplines.

• Manage projects, set priorities, and work with cross-functional teams to meet deadlines.

• Provide innovative solutions, mentor colleagues, and promote collaboration to ensure team success.

• Develop relationships with key internal and external partners.

• Influence the development of innovative solutions.

• Act as a facilitator.

Qualifications:

• Experience working with Primavera P6 - Project management software

• 8+ years of project controls experience, including technical/engineering leadership.

• Experience in technical/engineering role and project controls experience.

• Strong problem-solving skills.

• Experience analyzing information and engaging in complex decision-making.
