  • Interface to the operations leadership and HRBPs.
  • Focus on the business support.
  • Translate the strategy to implementation. Building implementation plans.
  • Responsible / Accountable for the delivery of the plans from concept to launch.


This role will support our Global Operations Services in EMEA, working very closely with our fuel manufacturing factories and engineering in throughout Europe.

Change management, union strategies and organisation development and effectiveness are all key components of this role to help us achieve our mission.


Duties and Responsibilities:



  • Coordinate with Global HRBPs to drive strategic initiatives to implementation.
  • Coordinate with Global HRBPs to support development and implementation of organizational development initiatives.
  • Lead site workforce planning and execution.
  • Lead Talent Management for L3/L2 levels
  • Partner on engagement initiatives.
  •  Support site business leader meetings as needed based on relevant People & Talent topics, updates on special projects etc.
  • Leads HR change management
  • Coordinates with HR Operations to support employee and labor relations issues.
  • Supports development of negotiation strategies to achieve business objectives, contingency planning, and acts as the HR lead for contract negotiation.
  • Support HR Metric development and standardization


Education and Qualifications / Skills and Competencies:


  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, HR, law or related discipline or equivalent experience
  • Previous experience in human resources, professional development, and training, or employee relations  or operational management


  • Outstanding business acumen and problem solving skills needed. Must translate the requirements needed from the short and long term business plans
  • Proven skills implementing large scale change via organizational design and development, solving for a business problem
  • Strong business acumen and progressive employee relations. Ability to drive organizational change and growth with deep understanding of the business challenges in these areas
  • Must have demonstrated very strong influence skills and high bias for action and results.
  • Critical  collaboration skills with accountability to deliver the entire “HR offering” in partnership with HR COE and Operations team members
  • Comfortable challenging status quo thinking and having the credibility to deliver results
  • Strong project management skills and ability to deal with ambiguity, large scale nature of org initiatives requiring complex stakeholder engagement and strong communication skills
  • Ability to build trust and influence change across all levels of the organization
  • Strong Union strategy and relationship experience
  • Preferably multi lingual (English & Swedish or English & Italian)
  • Industrial/ Engineering/Manufacturing environment experience
  • International experience required


Professional Certifications:


  • CIPD, Change Management, Coaching
