About the role:

As a Non-Licensed Operation Instructor, you will participate in all stages of the SAT process. This process involves the initial training programs for unlicensed operating personnel of a power plant. Additionally, you will involve yourself in the common contents and transversal training of any unit. This is a full-time job with a schedule adapted to the workplace.

You will report to the supervisor of the training school and will be located in Trillo (Guadalajara). This is a hybrid position.

 

Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop the sessions corresponding to initial training courses for unlicensed operating personnel.
  • Implement the sessions corresponding to continuing training courses for unlicensed operating personnel.
  • Develop and implement sessions corresponding to common training courses for other different sections of Operation.
  • Help manage students and courses of the LMS (Learning Management System)

 

Qualifications:

  • Minimum in possession of a university degree or master's degree in one of the scientific or technological disciplines recognized in Spain (Engineering, Physics, Chemistry...).
  • 1+ year of experience in a scientific or techonological role.
  • English level above B1.
  • We will value experience with LMS content management platforms.
  • Experience using office tools will be an asset.
