Duties and Responsibilities (in the order of priority):
.
Capture opportunities to meet and exceed the target objectives by proactively perform promotion and sales activities, leading to deal closures in compliance with all the regulations
.
Be fully accountable for all the customer interfaces for promotion, customer relationship, resolutions, claims, etc.
.
Develop business strategies and plans and be accountable for results
.
Build relationships with senior utility executives, enabling deep understanding of customer strategies and needs and insight into competitor activities
.
Build effective relationships with government, regulatory, community and other external stakeholders
.
Gather competitive intelligence in the market. Execute pricing strategies, competitor analyses and market assessments and share the intelligence with internal stakeholders
.
Organize account team activities and provide training opportunities
.
Support WEJ’s operation including management, finance and project
.
Be accountable to raise the skill level of follow employees
