Lead the Strategic Innovation Fund (SIF) program in Canada as an integrated part of the Westinghouse eVinci Program.  Working closely with applicable eVinci leadership to manage engagements with key program stakeholders across sub contractor companies, Federal/Provincial Government, statutory and non-statutory bodies, communities and other parties to necessary establish strong working relationships to realize the commercialization goals of eVinci within Canada while strengthening the reputation of Westinghouse Canada.


Duties and Responsibilities (in the order of priority):


eVinci Commercial: Canadian Stakeholders Engagement Program- 70%

  • Project Management – directly supporting the Program Manager for the SIF as part of the eVinci Program
    • Oversee Canada specific eVinci programs starting with the SIF scopes of work
    • PM project delivery and coordinate with team members across Canada and US where relevant.
    • Manage selected Canadian Sub contractor’s contracts to include quality, timeliness and budget on deliverables
    • Communicating program updates with internal leadership for the eVinci Program, President Westinghouse Canada and external stakeholders such as ISED.


  • Management- Internal and external Stakeholders
    • Establish relationships with key stakeholders that meets each party’s needs and agreed outcomes.
    • Build capacity and knowledge of each key stakeholder to ensure effective communication outcomes by clearly defining lines of communication. Identify stakeholder issues, interests, and concerns to better define program alignment and provide direct technical input/feedback to the eVinci design team.
    • Maintain stakeholder relationships once established through regular communication activities.


Westinghouse Electric Canada: Canadian Programs & Partnerships - 30%

  • Support the Business Development director for eVInci in the following areas:
    • Academia, Associations & Key Stakeholders
    • Indigenous Relations
    • WEC Canada Promotion & Events - Seek out and coordinate WEC Canada external marketing opportunities.
    • Collaborate with nuclear utilities & customers to manage WEC Canada reputation.
    • Leadership Team Member - Support President WEC Canada external industry and government engagements.


Education and Qualifications / Skills and Competencies:


  • B. Sc. degree in Engineering or other technical-related area.
  • Typically, 10+ years professional experience in Program and Contract management.
