Your Day-to-Day:
  • Serve as Customer Solution Engineer driving and identifying business growth opportunities to facilitate business development of products within Reactor I&C portfolio.
  • Collaborate with Account Teams, GOS organization and Commercial Integration to capture and deliver products and services to customers.
  • Develop competitor intelligence and develop solutions to beat the competition.
  • Lead proposal development for products within the Reactor I&C portfolio, including complex negotiations, organize input from multi-disciplinary groups and supporting customer needs to obtain contracts which contribute to profit margin and revenue.
  • Analyze contract requirements and develop project specific deliverables to enable successful program implementation and to enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Analyze needs and develop unique customer solutions to address customers competitiveness and long term viability.
  • Identify unmet customer needs through appropriate market channels especially direct customer interaction.
Minimum Requirements :
As a successful candidate, you will bring the following to the team:
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Engineering or related field.
  • Minimum 5-10 years of technical leadership experience I&C
  • Technical Leader Level 2 desired.
  • Possesses and applies comprehensive knowledge in one or more areas of specialization desired.

    • Rod Position
    • Incore Monitoring
    • Special Monitoring
  • Experience with Ovation Control System desired.
  • Demonstrate ability to formulate customer-oriented solutions
  • Demonstrated skills in estimating, planning and communication in support of offer development.
  • Strong communication and collabortive skills to foster alignments between internal and external customers.
  • Travel to customer sites (up to 10% travel)
