Maintenance planner

Are you a responsible and structured person with experience in technical work and maintenance of production equipment? Do you also want to work in a complex, high-tech industry and contribute to a better climate?

Welcome to Westinghouse and BNO2. We are 11 employees in the maintenance area of mechanical workshops and encapsulated uranium. In the role of Maintenance Planner you will ensure that work orders and maintenance plans are in place.

Main Responsibilities:

As Maintenance Planner you will collaborate with our equipment managers, contractors and suppliers. The daily work is distributed together with coordinators for technicians and contractors. You will develop and revise maintenance plans and manage support work on identified improvements to ensure that the equipment and associated processes meet current requirements. Among other things, this means that you will:

• Develop and revise; maintenance and equipment instructions, service agreements and spare parts need.
• Ensure equipment is handled with consideration of; radiation safety, worker protection and environmental impact.
• Contact with suppliers regarding; emergency cases, service agreements and spare parts cases.

Depending on the task and resource available, you will have different roles in your work such as leader, change order, project member or purchaser.

You will work onsite from the Fuel Factory in Västerås.

We are looking for you

To succeed in your role, we believe that you have a structured way of working, you are motivated by development and have good documentation skills. You will have different tasks depending on how the equipment managers prioritizes for that day and that affect what task you will focus on that day.

We also believe you excel in an environment that is developing, and curios to learn more about preventive maintenance.

Qualifications:

• 3+ year of experience in maintenance work, or other technical work
• Knowledge in industrial process systems, equipment and components.
• Knowledge in technical documentation, such as drawings, electrical schematics, work instructions or equivalent.
• Knowledge of SAP PM module
• Fluent in Swedish, written and spoken
• Good knowledge in English, written and spoken
