About the role:

Welcome to our Field Service Department, Nordic Reactor Services. We are approximately 60 employees who work with service and maintenance of nuclear fuel and systems in nuclear power plants. We provide services that are often carried out on site but also involve our deliveries of tools and equipment. Our customers are nuclear power plants in Europe, Asia, and US, with focus on Sweden and Finland.

The projects have relatively short cycles, and the tasks and technologies often have a more practical than theoretical application. The services we provide typically include a wide range of specialized equipment with a continuous need of maintenance and modifications and sometimes require new tailormade solutions for delivery.

We are looking for a Delivery and bid Project Manager that will combine the PM role with business development. You will report to the Manager Nordic Reactor Services Product and Project.

We will base you in Västerås, Sweden, and we will expect you to visit our suppliers and customers.

Model of work: hybrid.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage commercial delivery projects
  • Support business opportunities and tenders
  • Prepare technical proposals and cost
  • Follow up on business opportunities and support the sales process
  • Collaborate with sales, fuel organization, and other engineering teams or departments
  • Engage directly with customers, including ensuring in-person meetings
  • Support equipment development and modification based on customer needs
  • Manage internal projects for developing methods and equipment
  • Build knowledge and user experience of our equipment and support maintenance

 

Qualifications:

  • 10+ years of experience in development- and delivery projects in a regulated environment
  • Technical ability to discuss solutions with customers
  • Master's degree in a technical field
  • Experience in technical solution development and engineering coordination
  • Experience from the nuclear industry (domain knowledge)
  • Drivers license
  • Fluent in Swedish and English (spoken and written)
