Your Day-to-Day:
* Reporting directly to the Global Talent Acquisition Manager, a Sr. Recruiter is responsible for all day to day recruitment responsibilities of a defined subject matter or function including:

* Managing and overseeing full life cycle recruiting for both internal and external candidates.

* Proactively identifying and recruiting passive job seekers.

* Providing consultation to internal customers on market conditions, hiring trends, and external competition.

* Partnering with hiring managers and generalist to develop and implement successful candidate sourcing and recruitment strategies.

* Demonstrating a high level knowledge of various local employment laws and regulations 

* Help manage talent acquisition systems, processes, and policies across Westinghouse Business Units.

* Serving as a senior representative of talent acquisition in meetings with internal customers and hiring managers.

* Championing newly implemented changes and recruitment strategies throughout the organization.

* Promoting and fostering ongoing partnership with HR generalists and other HR COE’s.

*Providing guidance and support to in-country HR Generalists supporting recruitment activities.

 

Who You Are:
As a successful candidate, you will bring the following to the team:

 

* A bachelor's degree and a minimum of 4 years of experience supporting EMEA recruitment, preferably 6-7+, of full life-cycle recruiting experience in a corporate and/or agency search environment.

* A proven track record of successful recruiting results.

* Success at creating and executing complex recruitment strategies and techniques.

* A solid understanding of recruiting metrics and how they drive performance.

* Experience with numerous sourcing techniques, including social media.

* Demonstrated ability to successfully lead and facilitate interview stakeholders through the interview, selection and hiring process.

* Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (preferably SAP Success Factors).

* Demonstrated strength in communication, negotiation and organization skills.

* A team player mentality with solid collaboration skills
