Welcome to the Swedish HR team.

We are a team of six HR professionals working with recruitment, payroll, and provides generalist support to the Swedish organization. We are now looking for a new colleague in the role as HR Generalist.

 

About the role:

As a HR Generalist you will support managers with different HR matters. You will assist managers with HR questions in Sweden and Finland. You will collaborate with local and global HR and colleagues across the organization.

You will report to the HR Country Partner for Sweden. You will be located at Västerås, Finnslätten with a hybrid work schedule.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Advise, coach and partner with managers on HR related topics
  • Manage HR processes such as salary reviews, competence development, merit cycle and ensure that we are compliance with Swedish labor law
  • Develop and maintain HR policies
  • Collaborate with trade unions and participate in negotiations
  • Lead and contribute to HR projects

You will work strategic and operational in an international environment that values development and knowledge sharing.

 

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or equivalent experience
  • 3+ years experience in an HR generalist role
  • Professional knowledge of Swedish labor law and practices
  • Professional proficiency in Swedish and English, both written and spoken

 

Meritorious

  • Experience working with Teknikavtalet, blue and white collar
  • Experience working with HR related questions in Finland
  • Experience as an HR generalist in a global company
