Welcome to the BNE Equipment Reliability unit. We are about 30 employees working with both uranium conducting workshops and mechanical workshop. In our team you will find equipment managers and maintenance engineers who work together to ensure the availability of our Fuel Factory's production equipment.
Your contribution for a fossil-free future
As a Maintenance Engineer with us, your main responsibilities is to lead improvement and change work within our workshops. This includes:

Help ensure that our production equipment has the functionality, capacity and technical availability required.

Lead simple changes in production equipment to larger investment projects.

Internal collaboration with supply chain, quality, operational maintenance and production staff to name a few.

Support our business and contribute with solutions on technical and equipment-related problems in our workshops.

Conduct analyses of maintenance and improvement needs

Develop plans and proposals for improvement

Support our business with work regarding spare parts and service agreements
The daily work is coordinated by our technical group managers in collaboration with the equipment manager for each workshop.
You will work on-site at Bränslegatan in Västerås.

Qualifications

Technical Bachelor's degree or equivalent education relevant to the position.

Full professional proficiency in both Swedish and English, written and spoken.
