About the role:
As Manager for Warehouse and Goods you will lead a team of 20+ employees. You are part of our department Planning, Logistics and Material Supply. You and your team are responsible for our shared storage and storage facilities, goods reception and reception control of components and materials. The team also works with packaging workshops , uranium storage and internal transport in our factory.
You will report to our Materials Manager and be located at Bränslegatan in Västerås.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manager with personnel, including budget, work environment and competence development.
- Logistic and Material in our factory
- We are expanding our factory so you will also take part in change management and improvements, both digital and regarding logistics.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or higher within logistic, warehouse or purchasing.
- 3+ years experience from a leadership role within logistic or longer experience from a similar role.
- Professional proficiency in English and Swedish, written and spoken.
- Good collaborations skills
- Responsive in your leadership
- Motivated by improvement and change
