Welcome to EMEA PWR Fuel Business team. We are a team of Fuel Business and Fuel Solutions Managers working together with Commercial Integration and other company partners to provide solutions to our customer’s needs.
As PWR Fuel Business Manager you will support the designated Fuel Customers, cooperating with Global Markets, Fuel Solutions, Commercial Integration, Product and Contract Managers and other internal functions to ensure customer satisfaction and fuel business growth. Your contribution for a carbon-free future
As PWR Fuel Business Manager, your main responsibility is the fuel account management and sales to our fuel customers, in this case new build AP1000 projects. Among other things, this means that you, together with other company partners will:
- Manage the customer relationship in fuel matters and be the voice of the customer inside Westinghouse.
- Understand customers needs and identify fuel related business opportunities, provide input for business planning and maintain these in D365.
- Develop Capture Plan´s for the fuel opportunities as decided, lead the capture team through the offer preparation and bid process.
- Lead and facilitate contract negotiations from opportunity to sealed agreements
- For the AP1000 fuel opportunities you will lead our Fuels team in the business development in close collaboration with Energy Systems.
- Support and collaborate with the contract management team
For this role you will work in a hybrid schedule from one of our Westinghouse locations in Europe, for example; Västerås - Sweden or Paris - France.
We are looking for you
To be a good match for this role, we believe that you are experience in your leadership, are good at negotiations and communicate well both written and spoken. You have experience with commercial management, the nuclear fuel business and are motivated by leading dedicated teams to success. We also believe that you are curious to learn more about the Nuclear Fuel market and our commercial processes.
Qualifications
- Bachelor´s degree in engineering or technical discipline
- 7+ years of experience in sales, business or operations with increasing progression, complexity and levels.
- Understanding of financials in general
- Knowledge of the Nuclear Fuel Business, in Engineering, Manufacturing or in commercial operations
- Fluent in English
