We are 14 employees in areas such as goods receiver, forklift drivers, logistic support and together we ensure that the flow of material in the fuel factory goes smoothly. BIA is the hub of the factory and production and we always put safety first.

 

Your contribution to the transition to fossil-free energy

As a planning coordinator, your main responsibilities is the planning for the inspection of incoming components. This includes:

  • Ensure that the workflow for inspections takes place according to the productions need

  • Check existing inspection plans on incoming materials

  • Contact with other departments and search information which can affect the inspection flow

  • Plan for the inspection resources according to factory needs and ensure that lead times in the department are available

  • Inventory our storage at the goods receipt and also in external warehouses

  • Involved in the annual inventory

  • Manage scrapping of materials, in the factory and in SAP

When planning inspections, you are expected to plan your own time as an inspector to even the material flow. Thus, you will also become an authorized inspector.

You will work onsite at Bränslegatan in Västerås.

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience in a planning role

  • Experience in Measurement Technology and Drawings

  • Experience of administrative work

  • Experience working in SAP

  • License and experience for powered pallet trucks

  • Full professional proficiency in Swedish and English

If you have experience from any of the following measuring equipment, it is meritorious; Measuring microscope, profile gauge, hardness gauge, height indicator, profile projector, spring pressure gauge.
