Production engineer - Quality
Welcome to the Box Manufacturing unit. We are about 50 employees responsible for the manufacture of fuel boxes for BWR and VVER-440 reactors. Our vision is to be the world's safest and most efficient fuel factory.

Your contribution for a carbon-free future
As a production engineer with us at the Box manufacturing, your main responsibilities is to manage, coordinate, investigate and resolve any deviations. Among other things you will also:
- Participate in and lead strategic changes in production.
- Participate in the daily management of the department
- Ensure redundancy in critical manufacturing steps by working with the unit's competence matrix.
- Quality issues and quality improvements – prevent, log and investigate deviations from our product, process or regulatory requirements. With the aim of developing the processes and quality of our box manufacturing.
- Initiate and drive activities through all phases – initiation, investigation, action management, review through our instances.
- You will support the production with technical support, documentation or other questions that might come up.
- Coordinate the unit's training program together with the Operations Manager and Production Manager based on our competence matrix.
You will work onsite at the Fuel Factory in Västerås.

Qualifications
- Bachelor of Science in Engineering, or equivalent experience from a similar role in the manufacturing industry
- 3+ years of work experience in a similar role
- Knowledge in document management
- Knowledge about quality issues in manufacturing
- Full professional proficiency in Swedish and English
