Production Planning Manager

About the role:

As a Production Planning Manager you will lead a team of 10 employees and contractors. Together you will ensure that our fuel factory have the material, components and production plans that align with our capacity and our customers needs.

Westinghouse have three fuel factories and material suppliers globally. To succeed in this role we believe it is important that you enjoy working with global interfaces and contacts to coordinate planning and factory load to make the best use of the company production capacity.

You will report to the Materials Manager and be located at Bränslegatan, Västerås. You will have a hybrid work schedule.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead Daily management meetings
• Personnel responsibilities, including competence development and encouragement
• Production forecasts
• Manage the production planning
• Contact with customers, our production and our managers

Our factory in Sweden is in the process of expanding and you will be a part of this exciting project.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's engineering degree or higher education in logistics, material planning, production planning or similar.
• 3+ years experience from a manager role in a manufacturing industry
• Full professional proficiency in Swedish and English, both written and spoken.

It is also meritorious if you have experience working with global contacts and economical knowledge.
