Project Manager - Maintenance Planner

Welcome to the Strategy and Work Processes team. Westinghouse is growing and with it our team. We are looking for one more Project Manager for our summer outage in the manufacturing, which includes maintenance and development of our equipment and systems.

About the role:

As a Project Manager for the summer outage, you will collaborate with our engineers, technicians and our production teams.

You will report to the Strategy and Work Processes manager. You will be located at Västerås, Bränslegatan and have a hybrid work schedule.

Main Responsibilities:

• Plan and lead the summer outage in our factory.
• Ensure preparations and coordinate the execution of the summer outage.
• Follow up, analyse and work with improvements as needed.

To succeed here we believe that you are enjoying leading projects and work with development. We also believe that you enjoy close collaboration, planning and asset management.

Qualifications:

• 3+ years experience within a similar role.
• 3+ years of university (at least Bachelor's degree) in i.e industrial economics or engineering field. Or if you got the similar qualifications needed through experiences i.e from our factory, we value that as well.
• Experience in planning or project management within a manufacturing industry.
• Knowledge in metric analysis and processing data.
• Knowledge in SAP
• Professional proficiency in Swedish and English, both written and spoken.
• Good collaboration skills

If you have knowledge of the principle of efficient flows (LEAN) we value that as well.
