Welcome to the HR team! In the role as recruiter at Westinghouse you belong to a global recruitment team with colleagues all over the world. You will support recruitments in Sweden but also other European countries.

You will be part of the global Talent Acquisition team and the local HR team in Sweden and in the team you will find HR-partners and recruiters working closely together.

In the role as recruiter you will work together with the hiring managers to find the right profile for their roles.

 

Your contribution for a carbon-free future  

As a recruiter your main responsibility is to recruit our new employees within Westinghouse. Among other things, this means that you will:

  • Lead the recruitment process from start to finish

  • Take candidates through the security trial

  • Keep candidates and hiring managers informed of the process

  • Work with employer branding and attract future employees

  • Attend student and work fairs.

 

In addition to your daily tasks, you will also contribute to the ongoing development within our global HR model. You will work from the office in Västerås, Sweden and there is a possibility to work remote a few day per week when the work schedule allows it.

 

We are looking for you   

To be a good match for this role, we believe that you are driven, structured and have experience in the recruitment process. The work includes cooperation with hiring managers both in Sweden and abroad and you will be their support in finding their new colleague. We believe you have experience writing ads, conducting interviews and are comfortable with different computer systems.

Westinghouse have multiple different roles and we believe you are motivated by that and like to learn more about what competences are needed in a Fuel Factory.  

 

Qualifications   

  • Bachelor's degree in sociology, behavioral science or a similar degree.

  • 5+ years experience working with recruitment.

  • Fluent in Swedish and English, both spoken and written
