Welcome to the HR team! In the role as recruiter at Westinghouse you belong to a global recruitment team with colleagues all over the world. You will be responsible for supporting with recruitments in Västerås Sweden and other European countries.

You will be part of the global Talent Acquisition team and the local HR team in Västerås and in the team you will find HR-partners and recruiters working closely together.

In the role as recruiter you will be a key player in the recruitment process. We hope this is of interest and are looking forward to meeting you.


 

Your contribution for a carbon-free future
 
As a recruiter your main responsibility is to recruit our new employees within Westinghouse. Among other things, this means that you will:

 

  • Have a close cooperation with the hiring managers.
  • Responsibility over the full recruitment process.
  • Contact with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
  • Conducting contracts
  • Work with employer branding and attract future employees

 

In addition to your daily tasks, you will also contribute to the ongoing development within our global HR model.
The role is based in Västerås, Sweden and there is a possibility to work remote a few days per week.

We are looking for you 
 

To be a good match for this role, we believe that you are driven, structured and have a long experience in the recruitment process. The work includes cooperation with hiring managers both in Sweden and abroad and you will be their support in finding their new colleague. We believe you have experience in writing ads, conducting interviews, testing and are comfortable in computer systems and are motivated by finding the right candidate for the role.

 
Qualifications 
 

  • Bachelor degree in sociology, behavioral science or a similar degree.
  • Experience working with recruitment
  • Swedish and English is a requirement in this role.
  • Experience working with various assessments tools is mentorius
