Join our Westinghouse EMEA’s Parts Business sales team and translate Westinghouse’s right-to-win into strong penetration in Westinghouse’s OEM Nuclear Power Plants and develop value-adding offerings to expand into non-Westinghouse’s Nuclear Power Plants, to achieve the highest growth rate amongst the regions.  Westinghouse Parts is a faced paced, high-volume business that relies on excellent customer facing skills to ensure customer problems are addressed using Westinghouse’s experience and technical capabilities. This position can have the possibility to be a remote opportunity based in Sweden.

 

Duties and Responsibilities (in the order of priority):

  • Drive EMEA parts sales results for the Nordic Region (Sweden & Finland), ensure synergetic interfaces with Global Markets and EMEA OPS BU customer-facing teams.
  • Lead opportunity development sales funnel process from identification through offer development and contract signature
  • Develop / maintain technical and sales related knowledge to support responsible product portfolio needs for parts.  Sales representative will be responsible to support technical questions while able to easily facilitate and guide interactions between technical support groups and the customers during the sales process.
  • Responsible for Negotiations with the client until final contract signature, ensuring proper teamwork and alignment with all relevant WEC teammates including Account Managers, Product Management, Legal, and supporting organizations.
  • Use lean commercial processes, improve pipeline visibility and develop new channels to market / new business models to achieve growth objectives
  • Ensure seamless coordination with the global inside sales team to meet customer requirements
  • Manage/Sell Westinghouse Parts Business scope in bundled offers
  • Provide the Voice of the Customer as input to market-driven product strategies, product lifecycle management and pricing models
  • Support the introduction of new parts offerings to the market
  • Responsible for the management of opportunities and data within the customer relationship management tool for associated opportunities.

 

Education Level (Degree, Area of Study) – Minimum Requirement: engineering / business management or science degree. Advanced Degree or MBA preferred

 

Years of Experience (if applicable): 7+ Years of professional experience; preferred experience in the nuclear industry

 

Skills and Competencies: Languages: English & Swedish mandatory (Finnish a plus); Experience in business development/Sales/Key accounts in energy markets; Experience in pricing models and value pricing methodologies; Experience in marketing.
