About the role:
As a security specialist you will manage security related personnel matters and manage security protection agreements, including special security assessments. You will process background checks and lead security interviews. You will be part of a team of six employees, specialized in areas such as personnel security, physical security and information security.
You will report to our Protective security manager and be located at Bränslegatan, Västerås. Some of your task requires that you work onsite, when possible you can work remotely. #LI-Hybrid
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead security interviews and dialogues
- Process background checks
- Advise managers and employees
- Manage the contact with authorities and external parts
- Manage security protection agreements, including special security assessments
- Administrative tasks
Qualifications:
- Education with security focus or relevant experience for the role.
- 3+ years experience working with protective security
- Full professional proficiency in Swedish, written and spoken.
- Good knowledge in English
Meritorious:
- Knowledge in the Swedish protective security act
- Experience from a security sensitive field
- Experience in operational security work
- Experience in security protection agreements and contract management
