Senior process developer

About the role:

As a senior process developer you will work with business development and digitalization in our manufacturing processes and constructions. You will focus on standardize, automation and proficiency in our processes, products and tools.

You will report to the Asset mgmt. and Technology manager and be located at Bränslegatan, Västerås. You will have the possibility to work remotely a few days per week.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create and develop instructions. This include to read and interpret regulations and convert them to instructions.
• Technical documentation
• Investigate shortcomings.
• Train our personnel.
• Draft training materials used in presentations and eLearning.
• Collaborate with production and leadership.

To succeed in this role we believe that you have knowledge in change and industrialization of production lines and production equipment. You can see the bigger picture and take into account the manufacturing processes, product and value flows, logistics, workshop layout, safety and the construction of our factory.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a technical field.
• 5+ years experience in a similar role.
• Experience from a manufacturing industry.
• Knowledge regarding safety regulations in a manufacturing industry.
• Knowledge in production lines and equipment.
• Experience with technical documentation .
• Professional proficiency in Swedish and English, both written and spoken.
• Good collaboration skills
• Good communication skills

Meritorious

• Experience leading trainings.
• Knowledge in LEAN
• Knowledge in data analysis
