Work Environment Engineer

Welcome to the Division of QEHS and the unit EPS - Health, Environment and Safety! We are a team of employees in areas such as work environment and health and safety who work together to maintain and educate both the factory and the entire organization in those areas.
Now we need to strengthen our team with a colleague that focuses on our work with our operational work environment management. In the role of Work environment engineer, you will be an important part in our work to work safely and live up to regulations for the work environment for our entire organization.
Your contribution to the transition to fossil-free energy
In the role of Work environment engineer, your main responsibilities is to support the units and people in production to ensure that their daily work is safely conducted according to our standards.
This includes:
- Support departments in risk assessments
- Support to departments in connection with the notification of investigations and reporting of work environment incidents
- Create material and perform courses for educating the organization regarding work environment
- Support the organization during work environment audits
- You will work in close collaboration with the business´s managers and employees.
You will be on situated at the office in Västerås, Sweden with a hybrid work schedule.

Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience from working operational and structured with work environment. Or you have an education in work environment.
- Experience working strategic with making plans, analyses and follow ups.
- Knowledge of manufacturing processes
- Knowledge about systems for safety and improvement work.
- Speak and write with professional proficiency in Swedish and English.
