As a Site Director, you  participate in defining and implementing the site's industrial strategy. You are responsible for investments, productivity and economic performance, personnel safety, and environmental protection within the site's scope.

As the subsidiary’s president, you must ensure alignment with the group’s strategy and rules. 

 

Meaningful activities

  • Implementation of industrial policy
  • Managing the interface with the headquarters teams
  • Represents the company within its economic and social environment and is responsible for maintaining a positive work environment.
  • Develop and implement a strategy aligned with that of the group

     

  • To lead, motivate and unite teams

  • Ensure compliance with safety standards, quality standards and legal regulations.

 

Responsibilities exercised and latitude of action

 

  • Ensures the proper application of the company's QEHS and traceability policy.
  • Responsibility for and leadership of human resources management within their scope
  • Promotion of cross-functional collaboration and a QEHS-oriented work culture
  • Contribution to team cohesion
  • Leadership and embodiment of company values ​​on a daily basis
  • Ensure compliance with safety standards, quality standards and legal regulations.
  • Define and oversee human resources policy

Working relationships

  • Reports to the OMS MP Vice President
  • Reports to the OMS MP Vice President
  • Represent the subsidiary to public authorities, partners, clients, and headquarters.
  • Manage relationships with external stakeholders such as suppliers, subcontractors, and shareholders.
