Engineer I – Safety and Reactor Systems (WEC 13)
Location: Warrendale, PA (Hybrid: 2–3 days onsite, remainder remote)
Reports to: Functional and System Engineering Manager
Opportunity Overview
Join our team as an Entry-Level Electrical / Systems Engineer and contribute to the design and implementation of safety-related Instrumentation and Control (I&C) systems. This role offers hands-on experience in engineering design, reliability analysis, and project support within a collaborative environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in creating Functional Logic Diagrams and Design Specifications.
- Support reliability analysis using tools such as Reliability Workbench.
- Help analyze field data and prepare technical reports.
- Collaborate with senior engineers on troubleshooting and design improvements.
- Participate in project scheduling and documentation activities.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Systems Engineering, or related field.
Strong foundation in engineering principles and problem-solving.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work both independently and in a team environment.
Preferred Skills
Knowledge of reliability engineering concepts.
Exposure to safety-critical or control systems.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
