ICS - Platform Administration Supervisor

The ICS Platform Administration Supervisor will be responsible to leadership and collaborate with the customer and Westinghouse stakeholders to define and convey the engineering process requirements for implementing upgrade projects. The Supervisor will participate in process development, change management, and management of a small team (3-5 people) to ensure that customer requirements are defined and satisfied. The role will report to the OT Cyber Security Manager and will be hybrid out of the Warrendale, PA office.

Your Day-to-Day:

• Identify and promote process improvements and enhancements to increase quality of work products, drive standardization, and improve manufacturability.

• Function as technical Lead for I&C system administration, specifically in Platform, Network, and User administration.

• Collaborate with Management, Engineers, and Stakeholders to gain process alignment.

• Effectively lead activities and teams of engineers.

• Ensure that hardware & software designs and project documentation meet applicable system & quality requirements.

• Work with manufacturing operations to resolve issues, provide oversight, and ensure products are in accordance with build-to-print drawing packages and specifications.

• Support resolution of technical issues including obsolescence.

• Facilitate cross-discipline coordination for both technical and schedule related issues.

• Effectively lead activities and teams of engineers.

• Set daily operational objectives for team

Who You Are:
As a successful candidate, you will bring the following to the team:

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or equivalent from Accredited ABET School

• Minimum of 10+ years of commercial nuclear industry experience or industry experience in a regulated industry with increasing levels of responsibility

• 5+ years of experience leading and directing medium to high complexity projects to successful completion

• Familiar with the AP1000 project and processes.

• Network Device Configuration Experience

• Experience with virtualization technologies (VMware)

• Have the ability to establish networks across various functional areas and can drive and motivate a team to reach a common goal.

• Experience in I&C systems, specifically in system administration, cyber security, and process control systems.

• Knowledge and experience in Ovation (Emerson) Platform

• Experience developing engineering deliverables

• Experience with developing Engineering processes using formal commercial nuclear processes

• Experience communicating with and escalating to management personnel to gain results.

• At least one of the following certifications

– GIAC Security Essentials Certification (GSEC) or equivalent·

– Security+ Certification· Network+ Certification

– Other related technical certifications showing areas of expertise from qualified and reputable vendors and certification agencies
