About the role:
The Product Data Management Analyst must be able to proactively participate as a member of the production team to ensure compliance with Westinghouse's Quality Management System, design standards, specifications, and requirements while mainly working with SAP daily.
You will report to the Manager I&C QA and Ops Planning and be located at the Warrendale, PA facility. This role will be Hybrid.
Key Responsibilities:
- Use SAP to manage master data, including material master, bill of material, and quality modules, while keeping aligned with Westinghouse global standards.
- Work with engineering to collect and evaluate information, understand drawings, and act as a gatekeeper for data entry and maintenance.
- Work with shop operations, production planning and supply chain operations to ensure data is created in alignment with production strategy.
- Review and approve engineering change orders and manage change configuration activities.
- Run reports, analyze data, and recognize areas for optimization and improvement.
Qualifications:
- Years of Experience: 1-4 Years
- Education Level: Bachelor's degree or work experience in similar area
- Efficient in SAP or similar MRP system
- Experience in working with large data sets
We are committed to transparency and equity in all of our people practices. The base salary range for this position, which is dependent upon experience, qualifications and skills, is estimated to be ($54,000 - $67,500) per year.
