Production Supervisor - Weekend Daylight Shift

About the role:

As a Production Supervisor you will be the first line of management for the production facility. You will coordinate production safely, address operational issues, and maintain compliance with quality standards, whilst ensuring timely completion of production targets. You will be the leader and decision-maker for the team during their shift, and will help your team through coaching and performance reviews.

You will report to Matthew Wierzchowski - Sr. Manager Global I&C Production & IV&V

and be located at the Warrendale, PA facility.

Key Responsibilities:

• Safety, Quality and Compliance:
• Enforce all safety rules and procedures to ensure safe running of the manufacturing plant.
• Conduct safety inspections and address any hazards immediately.
• Ensure adherence to all relevant company and regulatory standards.
• Provide daily direction to Union labor for production activities.
• Expedite resolutions (drawings) affecting production.
• Develop plan of week and report back on schedule adherence.
• Support plant safety initiatives with goal of zero recordable incidents
• Collect and share relevant operating experiences with workforce

Qualifications:

• Identify issues and decide on required actions.
• Have experience leading a team
• Competency with computers and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Bachelor's in engineering or operations management is preferred

Relocation is not offered at this time

Shift: Friday, Saturday, Sunday 7:00AM EST - 7:00PM EST
