As a Lead Scheduler you will be responsible for leading the most complex project and program scheduling efforts. You will provide technical leadership, mentoring, and strategic guidance within Project Controls and may participate in business strategy development. you will apply deep scheduling expertise and broad cross‑disciplinary business knowledge to anticipate challenges, influence decision‑making, and ensure agreement on organizational goals. You will report to Director of AP 1000 Project. The team works in a hybrid model, with three days per week based at the Warsaw office

 

 

 

Responsibilities:

  • Be an organizational expert and authority in Project Controls and Scheduling for complex, high‑impact projects and programs.

  • Lead the development, integration, and oversight of advanced and highly complex production and project schedules.

  • Apply expert‑level technical and business knowledge to resolve the most complex, non‑standard scheduling, operational, and execution challenges.

  • Act as a lead contributor and strategic advisor, supporting leadership decision‑making and business planning activities.

  • Provide leadership, mentoring, and guidance to schedulers and cross‑functional teams; act as a facilitator and trusted advisor.

  • Coordinate work across disciplines and functional boundaries, including areas outside direct scheduling expertise.

  • Anticipate customer needs and proactively influence the development of innovative, value‑added scheduling solutions.

  • Anticipate internal and external business and regulatory challenges and recommend process, system, or product improvements.

  • Manage resource requirements and align scheduling plans with broader business and operational needs.

  • Proactively identify risks and potential problems; develop innovative solutions aligned with organizational objectives.

  • Develop, manage, and oversee plans to achieve strategic and operational objectives.

  • Present highly complex concepts and analyses clearly and persuasively; anticipate objections and influence stakeholders at senior levels.

  • Support the development of functional and business strategy through applied expertise and leadership insight.

  • Lead or mentor the team; promote best practices and continuous improvement across the organization.

  • Perform other duties as assigned in support of enterprise initiatives and strategic programs.

 

 

 

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Project Management, Business, or a related discipline, or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.

  • 10+ years of relevant Project Controls and/or project scheduling experience, including responsibility for highly complex projects and leadership roles.

  • Advanced professional certifications are preferred. Relevant credentials may include PMI‑SP, PMP, AACE certifications (CCP, PSP), or equivalent advanced scheduling and project controls qualifications.

  • Expert‑level mastery of Project Controls and scheduling methodologies, tools, and best practices

  • Strong collaboration and teamwork skills

  • Strategic leadership and mentoring capabilities across functional and organizational boundaries

  • Ability to resolve complex, cross‑functional issues with broad business impact

  • Proven capability to align operational plans with business strategy

  • Resource management and enterprise‑level planning expertise

  • Leverage advanced communication and influence to engage, align, and drive outcomes at executive and leadership levels.

  • Ability to anticipate customer, business, and regulatory needs and develop innovative solutions

We are committed to transparency and equity in all of our people practices. The base salary range for this position, which is dependent upon experience, qualifications and skills, is estimated to be 17,000 to 21,250 PLN gross per month.
In addition to the base pay, this role may be eligible for incentive pay based on company and individual performance.
