As the Principal Project Contracts Manager you will create all contractual aspects of project delivery, ensuring compliance with internal policies and external regulations. You will support the procurement team by drafting, negotiating, and administering contracts with the client.

You will be responsible for large-scale Procurement Projects, working with cross-functional teams and standard build, execute, and report project implementation plans.

You are going to be a direct interface to our internal customers: Engineering, Quality and Sales Departments, and external customers on the APX contracts. We require strong relationship skills towards suppliers with the goal of providing clear and innovative solutions to its requests.

This role is Hybrid– minimum of 2 days in the office a week for team collaboration.  

 

Responsibilities:

  • Review and communicate safety-related requirements and details with suppliers.

  • Support Commercial Teams with execution of sourcing strategies to achieve our goals while improving purchasing process.

  • Work with main suppliers and partners while mediating and resolving contract performance issues.

  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and Westinghouse's Procurement procedures and EPC contract

  • Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, subcontracts, and amendments.

  • Ensure agreement on project scope, budget, and schedule.

  • Collaborate with legal and procurement teams to resolve contractual issues.

  • Maintain contract records and documentation.

  • Monitor contract performance and compliance.

  • Manage change orders, claims, and dispute resolution processes.

  • Identify contractual risks and propose mitigation strategies.

  • Ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and company policies.

  • Support audits and internal reviews related to contracts.

  • Collaborate with project managers, procurement officers, legal counsel, and external vendors.

  • Provide guidance on contractual obligations and rights.

  • Support project reporting and documentation requirements.

 

 

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in business, Law, Engineering, or related field.

  • 7+ years of experience in contract management in project-based environments.

  • Experience with standard contract forms in international projects

  • Strong understanding of procurement processes and contract law.

  • A collaborative team player who partners effectively across multiple regions and product lines, bringing strong problem‑solving, prioritization, planning, and self‑management skills.

  • Applies advanced negotiation, communication, and expertise to influence stakeholders and support strategic decision-making.

  • Proficiency in contract management software and standard MS Office tools

  • Ability to travel up to 20%

  • Certification in contract management

 

We are committed to transparency and equity in all of our people practices. The gross base salary range for this position, which is dependent upon experience, qualifications and skills, is estimated to be 13,916 to 17,350 PLN gross per month. In addition to the base pay, this role may be eligible for incentive pay based on company and individual performance.
