To strengthen our global Administration team, we are looking for a Receptionist/GSS Junior Admin. You will report to GSS Global Admin Team Leader. This is an onsite role; you will work 5 days per week at the office.

 

 

Responsibilities:

  • Maintain the reception area in an organized state

  • Manage office access control

  • Providing administrative support for visitors – check in, badges, catering, and taxi

  • Maintain office correspondence circulation

  • Manage office supplies

  • Work together with security, cleaning services, facility team and other departments

  • Provide administrative support for Westinghouse employees/teams

  • Organize meetings and events

  • Provide administrative support for company documentation flow (invoices, expenses) including electronic document management systems

  • Maintain the security, accuracy, and confidentiality of sensitive data following organizational standards.

 

 

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree

  • +1 year of experience in similar role

  • Fluent English on C1 level

  • Very good practical knowledge of MS Office Package tools

  • Demonstrate exceptional attention to detail, a commitment to quality, and a results-driven approach.

  • Excellent communication skills, ensuring effective engagement with diverse partners across all organizational levels in an international setting.

  • Effectively prioritizes work, manages competing responsibilities, and maintains productivity

  • Demonstrated proficiency in internet navigation for information gathering

  • Build trust and while addressing different issues and managing difficult situations with diplomacy.

  • Providing support to the team with daily back-office and administrative activities following Team Leader request

 

We are committed to transparency and equity in all of our people practices. The gross base salary range for this position, which is dependent upon experience, qualifications and skills, is estimated to be 6,083 to 7,608 PLN gross per month. In addition to the base pay, this role may be eligible for incentive pay based on company and individual performance.
