You are responsible for providing a product and technical expertise that meets the levels of quality, safety and security requirements required by the company. You are responsible for carrying out part of a project and respond transversely to the Project Manager who coordinates all activities.

You will have to travel to participate in qualification trials or provide support to on-site operations.
Your responsibilities and daily life will be:
- Be the main point of Contact in France for jobs related to calculations or including calculations.
- Be the technical reference for the mechanical and thermohydraulics calculations according to RCC-M in France.
- Be the technical interlocutor on the subject of mechanical and thermohydraulics calculations with the customer as well as the suppliers.
- Ensure the technological watch and be a force of proposal for the improvement of our systems.
- Meet customer requirements, regulations and building codes
- Go to the specialized calculations entities in Europe and in the US to have the job done.
- Assist operational teams for issues, as well as in the resolution of problems.
- Lead the technical resolution of such issues
- Conduct technical meetings (study meetings, feedback from experience, ...) with the customers, suppliers.
- Guarantee the definition of maintenance plans for the given services
Depending on your overall workload, you may have to work on different engineering projects simultaneously.
Minimum Requirements
Your profile is as follows:
- Graduate of a MSc or Engineer oriented Mechanical or equivalent
- You have minimum 7 years of experience in mechanical and thermohydraulics calculations for the nuclear industry.
- You master calculations according to RCC-M code.
- Your knowledge of the nuclear field / special equipment is an asset to your application. You master office tools (Excel, Word) and specialized calculation (ANSYS, HTRI …) and design software.
- You have a fluent level of English and French both written and spoken, which allows you to exchange with the various actors of the project in France and elsewhere in Europe but also with the headquarters of the group based in the United States.
