Regional Security Manager

About the role:

As a Regional Security Manager, you will oversee the implementation of all Westinghouse Global Security programs within the Eastern EMEA region.

You will support a positive work environment by demonstrating leadership, accountability, and teamwork.

You will report to the Senior Manager, Global Security and be located at the Madrid headquarters in San Sebastián de los Reyes. This is a full-time hybrid remote/in-office role.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure that all programmatic standards are defined and maintained to achieve compliance with regulatory directives, company, and local policies.
• Develop new and current Westinghouse Global Security policies, procedures, and programs across all EMEA sites following government and regulatory standards.
• Conduct site visits to complete audits and inspections to find and address any security vulnerabilities or gaps.

• Support daily administration of physical security and access control standards and systems.
• Coordinate with team members on the design and implementation of physical security installations at company offices and facilities
• Conduct self-assessments and observations to determine the ongoing effectiveness of program processes and to identify areas for improvement.
• Collaborate with project, client and functional management and provide required notifications.
• Develop network with relevant high-level law enforcement and international counterparts to include in-country security and international security agencies, intelligence and private sector counterparts worldwide.
• Promote engaging in interfaces, support, and program development between security and other departments (travel, Cyber Security, IT, Trade Compliance, Data Privacy and HR).

Qualifications:

• Degree in security
• 7+ years of security or related experience, including leadership experience
• English proficiency
• Ability to travel
